Terms of membership pricing

Recurring: Sessions must be recurring at a pre booked monthly or weekly day and time, & can only be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Rescheduled appointments must be completed within the same calendar month (or in the case of the last week, within 1 week of that month ending).

Minimum Commitment: After the minimum number of months commitment for your chosen membership, it can be canceled at any time without commitment to the remaining sessions beyond those within 48 hours. However, memberships may not be frequently canceled and initiated without additional charges. If you cancel a membership prior to the minimum commitment, those sessions that remain with over 48 hours notice, will incur a $20 charge per session canceled.

Changes to Recurrence: Within reasonable limits, members may adjust the days/times of their recurring sessions to accommodate permanent changes to their schedules. However, frequent modifications may lead to membership cancellation or incur additional fees. Availability for changes cannot be guaranteed.

Session length: Memberships are based on a consistent length of repeating sessions. Any additional time added to a session is charged at $60 per 30 minutes.

Promotional Offers: Membership pricing cannot be combined with other offers. However, if HHH runs a promotion, members may request the promotional price for one of their services. This excludes promotions for new clients.

Membership Payment: Charges will be made on a monthly, bimonthly or weekly frequency, with a card kept on file or with cash. The frequency and total of charges will be determined by the membership chosen. If arranged in advance of card charges, treatments can be paid with cash at the time of your session.

Rescheduling Policy: A $20 fee will be charged for rescheduling. You may always reschedule, but keep in mind that membership pricing is based on prebooked recurring appointments.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is treated as a cancellation of that booked service (refer to cancellations). Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours' notice are subject to a $20 administrative fee.

No shows: are charged 100% the cost of service

Session cancellations:  Cancellations must provide 48 hours notice or will be treated as a last minute cancellation, charged at 50% the cost of service to the card on file. 

Membership cancellations: If canceled after the minimum commitment period, you may optionally reschedule as many as 2 remaining sessions at membership pricing within 30 days. Sessions must remain in a booking to keep member pricing. Membership cancellations prior to the minimum commitment will incur a $20 charge for each unused session in their chosen commitment.

Therapist cancellations: Sessions canceled by your therapist can optionally be rescheduled at membership rates if rebooked instead of canceled.
